Dell and Ericsson announce closure of operations in Russia

Two more tech giants, announced the closure of their operations in Russia, Dell and Ericsson, respectively. Dell said it has been gradually reducing its business operations in Russia since February this year, including stopping sales and customer support, and in early August, the company closed all of its offices in Russia.

For Dell employees in Russia to stay, although the Dell side is not clear, the Russian side did openly state to the media that most of Dell’s experts and engineers in Russia are subject to competitive offers and salary offers from local Russian companies.

As for Ericsson, the content of today’s statement is that it will begin to close its business operations in Russia, the communications giant’s branch in Russia currently has about 400 people, the company promised to help based on funding.
