The United States Corsair today announced the launch of a CORSAIR K100 AIR wireless mechanical gaming keyboard, which is CORSAIR’s thinnest high-performance keyboard ever, will be available on October 4, no pricing information has not been announced, with a two-year warranty period.

Crafted with a brushed aluminum frame and only 11 mm at its thinnest point, this keyboard has a clean, minimalist look and comes with a hyperresponsive CHERRY MX Ultra Low Profile mechanical shaft with RGB backlighting support.

The K100 AIR offers three ways to connect to other devices: SLIPSTREAM wireless, low-latency Bluetooth (up to three devices at once) or USB wired mode, supports 8000 Hz hyper-polling and lasts up to 50 hours of continuous use in RGB backlighting mode and 200 hours with the backlighting off.

The K100 AIR is said to seamlessly switch between your PC, laptop, tablet and more wireless connections, multitasking with the press of a single key and protected by AES 128-bit encryption.

It offers four fully programmable macro keys, as well as dedicated media keys and a programmable aluminum scroll wheel. The keyboard comes with 8 MB of onboard storage for up to 50 profiles, including macros and RGB effects.
