After the release of the first model SL03 in July last year, Changan Deep Blue’s first SUV model was declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in December last year. Judging from the declaration drawing, the Changan Deep Blue SUV model is named “Dark Blue S7”.
According to First Electric Network, the Deep Blue S7 will be released in early March, and will also be unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show in April. It is expected to be officially launched in June.

After checking the information declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and it is learned that the length, width and height of the Deep Blue S7 are 4750/1930/1625 mm, and the wheelbase is 2900 mm. Similar to the Deep Blue SL03, it has plug-in extended-range hybrid and pure electric models.
In terms of power system, the Deep Blue S7 plug-in hybrid model is equipped with an XTDM66 drive motor with a peak power of 175kW, equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery, and the maximum net power of the engine is 66kW; the pure electric model is equipped with a ternary material battery, equipped with an XTDM16 or XTDM27 drive motor, the power is 160kw and 190kw respectively.

In terms of battery life, the pure electric WLTC cruising range of the deep blue S7 plug-in hybrid model is 160 kilometers; the pure electric model has a single-motor peak power of 160kW and a cruising range of 620 kilometers, and a single-motor peak power of 190kW has a cruising range of 520 kilometers.
