BYD recently unveiled eight new energy models at the Geneva International Motor Show, triggering heated discussions among netizens. According to @赵长江V, general manager of Denza Sales Division, Denza D9/N7 models will be officially sold globally this year.

BYD revealed that since announcing its entry into the European passenger car market in September 2022, BYD has worked with local partners to quickly introduce a variety of new energy vehicles to 19 European countries including Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Norway, and has opened more than 250 stores in total. .

It is noticed that Denza D9 will be launched in August 2022, offering plug-in hybrid and pure electric models for consumers to choose from. The length, width and height of the Denza D9 are 5250/1960/1920mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3110mm. Among them, the DM-powered model uses DM-i super hybrid technology, with a comprehensive range of 1,040km, and a maximum pure electric range of 190km; the EV-powered model is based on e-platform 3.0, and the CLTC has a maximum range of 600+ km.

The 2024 Denza D9 has been officially announced to be released in China on March 6, claiming to be “always imitated and never surpassed.” For reference, the official guide price of the Denza D9 on sale is 349,800-465,800 RMB(excluding the founding edition).

In addition, the appearance of the 2024 Denza N7 has also been announced. The new car has been confirmed to take away the controversial two “moustache” shaped lights on the front of the current car and use a more concise shape. The car’s length, width and height are 4860/1935/1602mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2940mm. It is equipped with a dual-motor four-drive system, with the maximum power of the front and rear motors being 160kW and 230kW respectively.
