Bang & Olufsen (B&O for short) has launched a Bluetooth speaker that looks like a book — Beosound Emerge, which is now officially on sale at a price of 5,998 CNY.
Crafted from pearl-blasted aluminum, natural-colored oak and seamlessly woven Kvadrat fabric, the speaker measures 25.5cm wide / 16.5cm high / 6.7cm deep, supports a 180-degree sound field, and features active room compensation.
The speaker’s user interface is integrated on the top, with a bass port on the rear, and a total of three speaker units, namely:
1x 60W Class D amplifier bass driver
1x 30W Class D midrange driver
1x 30W Class D amplifier tweeter driver
In addition, the speaker supports wireless equipment to form a stereo, and also supports a multi-room audio system, equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band WiFi, USB-C interface, etc.
