BMW’s 2024 MINI Aceman road test images leaked, with penta-shaped lights

After BMW’s 2024 MINI Aceman electric crossover first appeared on a trailer in early October, it recently reappeared on the streets of Munich, Germany for road testing.

The BMW 2024 MINI Aceman electric car found in this road test is basically the same as the pictures exposed in October, and they are all covered with camouflage film. Very similar to the MINI Aceman concept car released in July, the test prototype car has been well reproduced in proportions and details.

Its headlights subverted the round light design that has been used in the MINI family car series, but adopted a pentagonal design, which is also the most iconic feature on the MINI ACEMAN.

The MINI Aceman will be the brand’s first dedicated electric crossover and will be sized between the next-generation Cooper SE and Countryman. The upcoming MINI Countryman will also be available in all-electric variants and with an internal combustion engine.

The Aceman actually has more in common with the future Cooper SE than the next-gen Countryman. Both the Aceman and Cooper SE will ride on the same EV-specific platform, which was jointly developed by BMW Group and China’s Great Wall Motor. However, the architecture will be stretched to give the Aceman more interior space.
