Blizzard said in the latest bonfire chat that the 1.1.1 patch of Diablo 4 will be launched on August 8th.

It is obtained from the campfire chat, Blizzard outlined how the game will reduce the pressure on barbarian and wizard players in the controversial 1.1.0 patch. For the barbarian, Blizzard is looking to improve the early game experience by increasing the rage generation of basic abilities, as well as increasing the damage done by abilities like Rend and Charge.

Later in the game, Blizzard modified some of the Barbarian’s unique items and legendary gear to make them more effective. Meanwhile, Blizzard has boosted the base damage and stats of items like Hellhammer and The Crimson, while replacing less popular descriptions with more popular affixes.

On the Witcher side, Blizzard has improved its late-game survivability, and a lot of Witcher mechanics right now revolve around giving players major buffs, but they also come with negative side effects. Blizzard is working hard to eliminate negative effects and improve the gaming experience for Witcher players.

In addition, some classes with better performance (such as Rogue and Druid) also have positive adjustments. Rogue’s Arrow Rain increases piercing and poison damage, and makes every third powerful arrow pierce the enemy; Druid’s Raven and Rabies Skills will be enhanced; Necromancer has some changes too, including improvements to Bone Spirit.
