Batman: Arkham Asylum, developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Eidos, is based on the Grant Morrison comic book of the same name and is the darkest Batman of all time. Arkham Asylum is filled with criminals arrested by Batman himself.
One day, the patients, led by the Joker, claim to be “bored”, so they hijack the medical staff and ask Batman to come and “play” with them. The villains are the ones who have the upper hand in this crazy hideout, and Batman not only has to watch out for the murderous patients, but his own mental state is on the verge of insanity.
Batman: Arkham City is the sequel to the 2009 action game Batman: Arkham Asylum with a storyline that picks up a year after Arkham Asylum.
Batman: Arkham Knight is an action-adventure game created by Rocksteady and officially released on June 23, 2015. The game is a new and final entry in the Arkham series. Set nine months after Arkham City, the main villain is Scarecrow, who will join forces with many other villains to destroy Gotham City, including the Penguin, Two-Face, and Hallie.
