BAIC Blue Valley sold 7,014 vehicles in October, including 3,107 Jihu vehicles

BAIC Blue Valley announced today that its subsidiary Beijing New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. sold 7,014 vehicles in October, compared with 5,569 vehicles in the same period last year. The cumulative sales this year were 61,767 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 80.27%.

Among them, the delivery volume of Jihu vehicles in October was 3,107 units, and the cumulative delivery volume from January to October was 17,608 units. For comparison, JiFox delivered 2,016 units in September.

Jihu’s new car, which focuses on the maternal and infant market, the Jihu Koala was also officially launched on September 20, with a guide price range of 131,800-169,800 yuan, and is positioned as a compact MPV.

The length, width and height of the car are 4500mm1870mm1655mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2820mm. The suspension system adopts front MacPherson strut/rear torsion beam suspension. The car has a CLTC comprehensive operating range of 500km and is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor. DC fast charging can charge from 30 to 80% in 26 minutes.

In addition, the car cooperates with the “Goodbaby” brand to develop a fully electronically controlled intelligent child safety seat; the side sliding door supports automatic opening with light and shadow sensing and has a high-sensitivity anti-pinch function; it is equipped with an intelligent heating and cooling box, four-speed adjustment, and intelligent temperature control.

  • Leapmotor delivered 18,202 units in October, a year-on-year increase of 159%.
  • Lantu Auto delivered 6,067 vehicles in October, a year-on-year increase of 138%.
  • The retail sales of the Hongqi brand in October exceeded 37,200 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 28.5%, of which the retail sales of new energy products exceeded 10,000 vehicles.
  • Avita 11 vehicles delivered 3,888 units in October: a month-on-month increase of 26.11% and a record high.
  • The smart brand has delivered a total of 45,873 vehicles in China, with 3,007 vehicles delivered in October.
  • Wuling Bingo Motors sold 26,007 units in October, with the cumulative sales exceeding 150,000 units.
  • SAIC Volkswagen’s new energy vehicle sales exceeded 16,000 units in October, a year-on-year increase of 136%.
  • Zhiji Auto sold 4,018 units in October, a record high, and LS6 orders exceeded 18,000 units.
  • Kia Motors’ global sales in October were 257,700 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%
  • Xpeng delivered a total of 20,002 new cars in October, setting a new monthly delivery record.
  • AITO Wenjie Automobile announced that it will deliver 12,700 new cars in October 2023, of which 10,547 new Wenjie M7 cars will be delivered. The monthly delivery of a single model exceeds 10,000, setting a record high. The total number of Wenjie series in October has reached 57,829 units.
  • Cyrus Automobile sold 14,506 vehicles in October, a year-on-year increase of 20.41%.
  • Gaohe Automobile’s new large-scale sales exceeded 2,100 units in October, a month-on-month increase of 40%. Gaohe HiPhi Y delivered a total of 1,606 units.
  • Jikrypton Motors delivered 13,077 vehicles in October, with both delivery and Dading hitting record highs.
  • Lideal delivered 40,422 new cars in October, a year-on-year increase of 302.1%, breaking through the 40,000 mark for the first time.
  • BAIC Blue Valley sold 7,014 vehicles in October, bringing its total sales this year to 61,767 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 80.27%. Among them, Jihu Motors sold 3,107 units in October.
