Despite the recent news that Apple iPhone 15 series in China sales are poor, but in the United States seems to be very good momentum. U.S. telecom carrier AT&T announced its Q3 2023 earnings last week, showing good smartphone sales and cash flow, with the launch of the iPhone 15 series playing a major role, and AT&T’s stock had its best week in more than a year as a result.

AT&T CEO John Stankey told investors on Thursday that pre-orders for the iPhone 15 series were “the strongest they’ve been in years,” even as other carriers offered better deals on exchanges. He said that’s a testament to AT&T’s straightforward offerings, consistent and stable value proposition, and superior network quality.

Stankey also noted that the “vast majority” of iPhone 15 buyers chose AT&T’s “best value package,” even though that wasn’t a requirement of the campaign.

Apple will report its fourth-quarter fiscal 2023 results on November 2, covering the months of July, August, and September, which will reflect the early days of iPhone 15 pre-orders and sales. While Apple won’t announce the number of any products sold, it will report revenue by product category. it notes that in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2022, Apple recorded its highest-ever revenue of $90.1 billion, although its iPhone revenue of $42.63 billion was below analysts’ expectations. Still, iPhone revenue was up 9.8 percent year-over-year.
