Asus released a new design of the TUF Gaming A16 gaming notebook (4R) with full AMD configuration and narrow bezel screen at CES this year.
According to “Hassan Mujtaba”, the notebook will be available soon for the following prices:
R9 7940HS + RX 7600S = $1079 (currently about RMB 7456)
R9 7940HS + RX 7700S = $1499 (currently about RMB 10,358)

As for the screen, the new TUF Gaming A16 features a 16-inch narrow-bezel IPS panel with 2560 x 1600 resolution, 240 Hz refresh rate, 3 ms response time, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and AMD FreeSync Premium support; also available in 1920 x 1200 resolution, 165 Hz refresh rate, 7 The panel is also available in 1920 x 1200 resolution, 165 Hz refresh rate, 7 ms response time, and 100% sRGB color gamut.
In terms of configuration, the notebook is equipped with AMD’s latest Zen 4 mobile processors up to R9 7940HS, a Radeon RX 7700S graphics card with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory, 32 GB of DDR5-4800 memory support, and two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots for up to 2 TB of NVMe storage.
Elsewhere, the laptop package comes with two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, an HDMI 2.1 video output, an audio jack and a network port as well as a USB4 port. The notebook weighs 2.2 kg and is powered by a 90Wh battery with four built-in speakers.
