According to a list published by the United States Trademark and Patent Office (USPTO) this week, Apple has obtained a new technology patent that can introduce fabric-based fabrics on Apple Watch straps, clothing and other items of flexible speakers.
According to the patent description, the application range of electronic devices can be further expanded by embedding acoustic components (such as speakers) and light-emitting components (such as screens and other components) into fabrics.

In addition to the voice coil layer, the electronic device may also include light-emitting elements between fabric layers, sensor layers between fabric layers, or any other desired input-output device layer that emits output or receives input through the fabric layers.
These other input-output device layers can also be flexible to maintain the overall flexibility, scalability, and compressibility of the electronic device. In one example, the device may include multiple screens that display images through layers of fabric.
