Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says Apple’s next-generation iMac has entered the “advanced development phase” of engineering verification testing (EVT).

Gurman said in a newsletter that Apple’s new iMac will have the same 24-inch display size and color options as the current model.

Gurman also said that Apple’s new iMacs could feature the upcoming M3 chip, internal design changes and a new bracket manufacturing process for launch as early as the second half of 2023. The M3 chip will reportedly be manufactured based on TSMC’s latest 3nm process to improve performance and energy efficiency.
