Apple iOS 16.2 Beta supports new lock screen sleep widget

0

The Sleep widget is the only new widget in iOS 16.2 that draws on data stored in the Health app and collected by Apple Watch or other sleep tracking devices. It provides information about bedtime and sleep quality, with three variants available.

A simple widget shows how much time users spend in bed, two tile widget options show a line graph of sleep quality, or a larger widget that shows bedtime and visual performance. Clicking on a widget opens the Sleep section of the Health app.

The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models, the sleep widget is collapsed in AOD display mode with the display dimmed, and the two tile widgets display a series of line graphs, while the single tile widget displays the bed icon.
