AMD Ryzen 9 7950X and Intel i9-13900K processor score comparison is out

AMD yesterday officially announced the Ryzen 7000 series of desktop processors, while Intel’s 13th generation Core is expected to be released in the near future.

According to the newly revealed score data, AMD R9 7950X (16 cores and 32 threads) and Intel i9-13900K (24 cores and 32 threads) two top processors played hard to separate.

Geekbench scores show that both processors have a single-core score of around 2200 and a multi-core score of around 24000, with AMD slightly higher by 1~2%.

The CPU-Z score revealed by @OneRaichu shows that the AMD R9 7950X has a multi-threaded score of 15,645, which is slightly lower than the Intel i9-13900K by 8%.

The AMD R9 7950X has a frequency of 4.5-5.7GHz, comes with 80MB of cache, 170W TDP, and is priced at $699 (about RMB 4830.09).

The Intel i9-13900K is expected to be released in the early hours of September 28, Beijing time, and available on October 20.
