AMD released the Ryzen 9 7945HX3D mobile processor in July this year, bringing 3D V-Cache technology to the mobile terminal. ROG’s new Moba 7 Plus Super Edition will exclusively use this processor and is expected to be released on August 22.
Now, this processor has appeared on the Geekbench benchmark platform.
As shown in the figure above, the Ryzen 9 7945HX3D processor scored 2783 points in single-core and 16080 points in multi-core on Geekbench 6. The Geekbench score of the R9 7945HX3D has not improved significantly compared to the Ryzen 9 7945HX, but its large 3D cache can bring performance improvements to some games.

The Ryzen 9 7945HX3D processor has 16 cores and 32 threads, the acceleration frequency is 5.4GHz, and the L2+L3 cache reaches 144MB. For comparison, AMD’s previously released Ryzen 9 7945HX has 16 cores and 32 threads, an acceleration frequency of 5.4GHz, and an L2+L3 cache of 80MB.
