AMD Ryzen 3 7440U processor benchmark revealed with 4 cores, 8 threads

The first Geekbench running score of the quad-core model R3 7440U in the AMD Zen4 architecture Ryzen 7000 series processor was exposed today.

In terms of parameters, the AMD R3 7440U processor uses TSMC’s 4nm process, 4 cores and 8 threads, 3.0-4.7GHz, default TDP 28W, core display Radeon 740M, 4CU 2.5GHz.

As shown in the picture above, the AMD R3 7440U processor appears on an industrial control mini host, with a single-core running score of 2323 points and a multi-core running score of 6571 points. In comparison, AMD’s old-architecture quad-core processor R3 7330U scored 1815 points in single-core and 5119 points in multi-core. The improvement of R3 7440U is more obvious.

According to previous reports, there is news that the R3 7440U is different from the R7 7840U. The R3 7440U is equipped with a smaller Zen 4c chip. Currently, no notebooks are equipped with this processor.
