AMD recently finally responded to the problem of overheating of the Radeon RX 7900XTX graphics card, recommending affected users to contact after-sales service. AMD wrote in an official statement: “We are aware that a small number of users have encountered unexpected thermal throttling issues when using AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX graphics cards (public version). Affected users can contact after-sales support.”

In the previous report “Radeon RX 7900XTX users asked for a refund on the grounds that the temperature exceeded 110°C, AMD refused: the temperature is normal”, the user requested a refund on the grounds that the temperature exceeded 110°C, but AMD believes that this temperature is Normal, no refund.

On the Reddit community, another netizen recently applied for a replacement with the same problem, but AMD’s reply was to provide a refund, but not to support the replacement, which may be due to the shortage of this graphics card.

In the press release, AMD only asked affected users to contact after-sales service but did not give a specific solution.
