AMD R7 7840HS processor-powered notebooks and mini-computers are expected to hit the market starting in May. According to Geek Bay, the 780M core is 22% better at 20W and 35% better at 15W compared to the 680M. This means that the R7 7840U, which is basically the same specification as the R7 7840HS, will have a higher power efficiency ratio, which is worth looking forward to in the new generation of Rex thin and light notebooks and handhelds.
The R7 7840HS-equipped Xiaoxin Pro Rex Edition notebook will be released this month, and the R7 7840U-equipped AYANEO handheld will also be released this month.
