Alienware Alienware recently announced the new AW2524HF IPS gaming display, which supports AMD Freesync Premium and a 500Hz refresh rate.
The AW2524HF display is equipped with a 24.5-inch FAST IPS panel with a resolution of 1920×1080 (FHD), supports a 500Hz refresh rate (native 480Hz), and AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA Adaptive-Sync certifications ensure that even in fast-action games there is no tearing and no lag. Tear-free and lag-free gaming even in fast-action games, with the grayscale response time of just 0.5ms (OC).
The monitor features 99% sRGB color coverage and supports 400 cd/m2 screen brightness using HDR10 display with TÜV Low Blue Light certification.
In terms of I/O interfaces, there are two DP 1.4, one HDMI 2.1 and five USB 3.2 Gen1 ports on the back of the product. The monitor has a 178-degree vertical/horizontal viewing angle and supports tilt, swivel and built-in cable management.
The Alien AW2524HF monitor is scheduled to be released globally on September 12, with a debut price of $649.99 (currently around RMB 4,732).
It’s worth noting that Alien launched an AW2524H monitor in February of this year, which also supports a 500Hz refresh rate, but doesn’t support AMD Freesync Premium or HDMI 2.1.
