AITO Automotive announced a new image of the AITO authorized user center, user experience area, new car delivery area, and after-sales service area will usher in a new experience.

According to the introduction, the user center is decorated with the minimalist color “black, white and gray”, with a cocoa tea gold color scheme, the most eye-catching AITO latest products are displayed in it, and the large intelligent screen takes turns to send AITO ask the world family series video.

The “novelty” of AITO User Center in the design of functional areas lies in the smooth flow of user’s full-stack purchase experience service and after-sales maintenance service. The space layout of user experience area, delivery area and after-sales service area is more reasonable.

The user experience area includes a showroom, a boutique display area, a negotiation area and a coffee bar, where the M5, M7 and M5 EV models are displayed, allowing users to examine the car’s performance from a close distance and book test drives. The showroom is equipped with a large central screen, which allows you to watch product highlights, conference broadcast, and car club video sharing at your leisure.

The boutique display area focuses on AITO car exclusive peripheral products, such as memory foam lumbar support, car vacuum cleaner, car wash, NFC card key protector, aluminum key protector, V2L discharge gun, car microphone, tea set, outdoor cookware set, electric oven, car folding organizer + wood board, etc.

The negotiation area and coffee bar provide users with a casual small sitting place to enjoy coffee and lunch, where users can communicate their car purchase plans.

The user experience area is the delivery area which covers a larger area. This functional area contains two parts: the delivery rest area and the new car delivery area. While waiting for delivery, users can sit and relax in the delivery lounge area, which is bright and spacious and equipped with comfortable sofas.

The new vehicle delivery area has a separate and complete area with strictly limited access, and can only be accessed by staff when the customer comes to pick up the vehicle. The area is equipped with individual charging piles and can be used to deliver up to 14 vehicles simultaneously.

Located next to the delivery area is the after-sales service area. It contains the service customer rest area, service reception area and service repair area. The service customer rest area provides a resting place for customers waiting for service.

And in the design of the service reception area, each reception work point is set up with half-height and semi-transparent partitions to ensure the privacy of conversation.

The new user center is also equipped with professional maintenance equipment in the service and repair area.

In addition, after the comprehensive upgrade of AITO User Center, four exclusive delivery scenarios will be created for different user needs – Family, Baby, Love and Personal: Family is to pick up the car with the whole family; Baby is to pick up the car with the baby; Love is to pick up the car with a couple or a couple; Personal is to pick up the car on an important holiday. Personal is to pick up the car on an important holiday of the owner. For different scenarios, we will configure surprise call delivery scene decorations (such as bows, triangle flags, grid backdrops, backdrops, KT boards, letter/number lights, etc.).

AITO Automobile stated that as of November 11, 2022, 117 stores across the country have first undergone image upgrades, of which 30 stores in the North District (covering Beijing, Hebei Province, Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province, Liaoning Province, etc.) Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Shandong Province, Shanxi Province, Tianjin City), 29 companies in the Eastern District (covering Shanghai, Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province), 32 companies in the Southern District (covering Guangdong Province, Guangxi Province, Hainan Province, Hunan Province, Jiangxi Province, Fujian Province), and 26 in the Western District (covering Guizhou Province, Henan Province, Hubei Province, Shaanxi Province, Sichuan Province, Yunnan Province, and Chongqing City).
