Adobe warms up Stardust: AI identifies and edits objects in photos

Adobe plans to hold the MAX Innovation Conference from October 10 to 12 this year. The official has warmed up in advance an AI photo editor called Project Stardust, which can accurately identify and edit objects in photos.

Adobe recently released a warm-up video in advance, demonstrating Stardust’s powerful AI editing capabilities. For example, users can open a single photo without layers, select a suitcase in the photo, and the tool will automatically recognize it as a separate object. , allowing the user to move or delete; in addition, the user can also adjust the held item (a bouquet of flowers in the demonstration) through AI and dynamically adjust the finger position.

Note: The Stardust tool can be considered an AI upgraded version of the Magic Lasso tool in Photoshop. You only need to click on an object to easily select an object in the picture.

The Stardust tool is a great tool especially for e-commerce platforms. It can quickly detect elements in images and generate other elements using AI.
