XPG, an ADATA brand, today officially announced the XPG PCIe 5.0 SSD ahead of CES 2023.
ADATA will soon release the XPG PCIe Gen5 SSD with a patented thermal design, sequential read speeds of up to 14GB/s, sequential write speeds of up to 12GB/s, 4K random read and write speeds of up to 2000k IOPS, and a large capacity of 8TB.
Other than that, this PCIe 5.0 is powered by the Huirong SM2508 main controller with M.2 2280 size. In terms of heat dissipation, this SSD has a patented heatsink design with a miniature fan.
At this time, ADATA has not yet announced the price and availability of this series of SSDs.
