Acer launched the Legend Edge Laptop in China last year with a 16-inch 4K OLED screen, equipped with the R7 6800U processor, and a debut of RMB 6,999. Now, the Laptop is on sale in Japan, with the processor replaced by the R7 PRO 6850U, priced at 169,800 yen (currently about RMB 8864).
The R7 6800U has basically the same specifications as the R7 PRO 6850U, with the latter having additional security and manageability. The Laptop focuses on a large screen + thin and light, made of magnesium-aluminum alloy, as thin as 12.95mm and light as 1.17kg.
As for the screen, the Acer Legend Edge Laptop comes with a 16-inch 16:10 OLED screen with 4K resolution, 1 million: 1 contrast ratio, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 500 nits brightness.
In terms of configuration, the Laptop is powered by the R7 PRO 6850U with 16GB of LPDDR5-6400 memory and 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD with dual M.2 slots. In terms of interfaces, this Laptop comes with dual full-featured USB-C, HDMI, USB-A and more.
