A year after withdrawing from the cell phone market, LG released a new Android tablet

LG Electronics announced its exit from the cell phone market in April 2021. After exiting the cell phone market, LG Electronics revenue situation became better and better. Now, LG is launching a new Android tablet called LG Ultra Tab, while the last product (LG G Pad 5) was released in 2019.

The tablet is an entry-level device and is currently only available in South Korea, selling for 426,000 won (about $2,215.20) in the charcoal gray version only.

The LG Ultra Tab features a 10.35-inch WUXGA+ IPS (LCD) screen with 2000×1200 resolution, 5:3 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, 4G memory and 64G storage with memory card expansion support, Android 12 pre-installed, 5MP front-facing lens and 8MP rear-facing lens.

The tablet has a metal body, is about 7.1mm thick , comes with four speakers and 7040mAh battery and 16.2W QC3.0 fast charger, but can actually support 25W fast charging.

LG’s tablet is also MIL-STD 810G military-grade durability certified and comes with accessories like the Folio case and Wacom Stylus stylus by default.
