3DMark benchmarking tool introduces new feature testing options for AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) technology.

UL press release that 3DMark Advanced and Professional Editions can use FSR 2.2 for related functional tests.

This feature test will compare AMD FSR 2.2 technology with the traditional rendering method of Time Domain Anti-Aliasing (TAA) to help compare the performance and image quality of AMD FSR 2.2 technology.

The feature test also includes the 3DMark Frame Inspector tool, which interactively compares image quality between AMD FSR 2 technology and native resolution rendering.

The tool displays the image quality of both rendering methods side-by-side in real-time, allowing gamers to see exactly which method provides better image quality.

With the AMD FSR feature test, you can also compare the performance of the two methods to find out which method provides a higher frame rate and performance. This helps to find the best settings for your system and get the best gaming experience.
