As an annual facelift model, the appearance of the 2024 Mercedes-Benz S-Class is basically the same as that of the 2023 model. In terms of power, the 2024 Mercedes-Benz S-Class S 400 L and S 450 L 4MATIC are both equipped with a 2.5T inline six-cylinder engine, matched with a 48V mild hybrid system. The S 400 L engine has a maximum power of 230 kW and a peak torque of 450 N·m; the S 450 L 4MATIC engine has a maximum power of 270 kW and a peak torque of 500 N·m.
S 500 L 4MATIC is equipped with a 3.0T inline six-cylinder engine, matched with a 48V mild hybrid system, with a maximum engine power of 320 kilowatts and a peak torque of 520 Nm.
The 2024 S 450 e L is a plug-in hybrid model, equipped with a plug-in hybrid system composed of a 3.0T inline six-cylinder engine and a single motor. The system has a combined power of 300 kW and a battery capacity of 28.71 kWh (ternary lithium). WLTC The pure electric cruising range is 108 kilometers.
