BYD’s new car, the 2024 Denza D9, will be officially announced on March 6, claiming that it has “always been imitated and never been surpassed.”

Denza D9 was launched in August 2022, offering plug-in hybrid and pure electric models for consumers to choose from. The length, width and height of the Denza D9 are 5250/1960/1920mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3110mm. Among them, the DM-powered model uses DM-i super hybrid technology, with a comprehensive range of 1,040km, and a maximum pure electric range of 190km; the EV-powered model is based on e-platform 3.0, and the CLTC has a maximum range of 600+ km.

With annual sales of 119,000 units, Denza D9 has become the best-selling MPV in the domestic all-category MPV market in 2023. The official guide price of Denza D9 is 349,800-465,800 RMB(excluding Founder Edition).

In February this year, the world’s first delivery ceremony of the four-seater Denza D9 PREMIER founding edition was completed in Shenzhen, China. The car had previously announced its pre-sale price of 660,000 RMB and was limited to 99 units. The car is equipped with 18-way electric seat adjustment, a 32-inch liftable smart screen that can divide the front and rear rows into two independent spaces, an 8-inch multi-function LCD armrest screen in the center of the seat, and 22 built-in Devialet speakers.
