Aug. 4 (Xinhua) — Chnbrand, a brand rating and brand consultancy, has announced the 2022 China Customer Satisfaction with Mobile Phones (C-CSI) ranking. The list shows that Apple ranks first with a satisfaction index score of 86.2, Huawei is second with a score of 85.5, and Xiaomi ranks third with a score of 83.1. The ranking of the Top 3 brands is the same as last year.
In addition to the top three, other cell phone manufacturers scored 80 points, respectively, OPPO fourth, with a score of 76.1, Glory fifth, with a score of 75.2, iQOO sixth, with a score of 74.2, Redmi seventh, with a score of 73.7, Vivo eighth, with a score of 67.4, while Samsung was at the bottom of the list, with a score of 67.0.
Compared with last year, OPPO rose 4 places, Vivo and Samsung dropped 3 and 2 places respectively.
As can be seen from the list, only Apple and Samsung remain among the foreign brands that are still hot in the country, while Huawei remains the most satisfied customer among domestic cell phone brands, sitting firmly in the first place.
As a comparison, the top 9 cell phone manufacturers on the list in 2021 are Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, Glory, Vivo, One Plus, Samsung, OPPO and Meizu.
It is reported that the C-CSI index is based on a nationwide consumer survey to characterize the overall satisfaction of Chinese consumers with the products or services they have used or owned, and is a basic reference indicator for measuring and managing customer satisfaction, with the results coming entirely from consumer feedback and truly conveying the voice of consumers.
