According to the latest tweet shared by @Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra’s 200-megapixel main camera takes photos with a resolution of 12240 x 16320 pixels, and the two samples shown are 20.98MB and 37.06MB in size.
In a tweet, @i Ice Universe said, “The Galaxy S23 Ultra’s 200-megapixel photo size is not too big, compared to its predecessor with a 108-megapixel main camera. The size of photos taken in everyday scenarios is between 20MB-40MB”. For comparison, other phones with 200-megapixel main cameras take regular photos in the 70MB-100MB range.
