Today, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is available for pre-order on all major e-commerce platforms, starting at 12,999 yuan (12GB+256GB). Compared with the competitor Xiaomi MIX Fold 2, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is more expensive, it is 1000 yuan more expensive than the top version MIX Fold 2 (12GB+1TB) version, which is priced at 11,999 yuan.
Like the MIX Fold 2, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 also has two screens, with an inner screen measuring 7.6 inches with a resolution of 2176 x 1812 and an outer screen measuring 6.2 inches with a resolution of 2316 x 904.
In comparison, the MIX Fold 2 is larger in size. It has an inner screen size of 8.02 inches with a resolution of 2160×1914 and an inner screen size of 6.56 inches with a resolution of 2520×1080.
Both are Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ flagship processors, where the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has a 50MP rear main camera with OIS optical stabilization support, along with a 10MP telephoto and 12MP ultra-wide angle, and a 4MP front camera on the inner screen, a 4400mAh battery, and support for 25W wired and 10W wireless charging.
In addition, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 has the most powerful waterproof performance – IPX8, which can be left underwater at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes without pressure.
This new product will be officially opened for sale on September 2.
