Zotye Auto released its 2022 annual performance forecast yesterday. It is estimated that the net loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies in 2022 will be about 710 million to 1 billion CNY, an increase of 0.63%-41.74% over the same period last year. ; Operating income was 800 million to 900 million CNY, compared with 825 million CNY in the same period last year.
When talking about the reasons for the performance loss, Zotye Automobile said that after the company resumes production of complete vehicles in 2022, the complete vehicle business is still in the recovery stage. Coupled with the impact of the new crown epidemic, the production and sales of complete vehicles during the reporting period were not large, and the sales revenue total is lower. At the same time, the company plans to accrue a total of about 200 million to 300 million CNY in asset impairment provisions and bad debt provisions, so the company’s overall performance in 2022 will be a loss.
Zotye Automobile stated that the company’s non-recurring profit and loss value in 2022 has changed greatly compared with the 2021 non-recurring profit and loss value because the company’s 2021 non-recurring profit and loss value includes debt restructuring income of about 1.998 billion CNY.
In October last year, Zotye Auto rolled off the first batch of re-produced T300 models at Zhejiang Yongkang Base and held a roll-off ceremony. The overseas version of Zotye T300 officially rolled off the production line.
