Accessory manufacturer ZikeTech has announced the launch of the ZikeDrive, the world’s fastest USB4 SSD hard drive enclosure for professional expansion storage needs.
The ZikeDrive is smaller than an iPhone and features an aluminum enclosure to accelerate heat dissipation. The drive enclosure can fit NVMe SSDs including 16TB or higher, providing portable media storage for Mac, iPad, PlayStation, XBOX, PC and other devices.
The enclosure supports USB 4 and PCIe Gen4x4 SSDs with transfer speeds up to 3.8GB/s. Transferring 1TB size photos, videos or music can be done in less than 5 minutes.
The ZikeDrive is fully compatible with USB4, Thunderbolt 4 and Thunderbolt 3 40Gbps high-speed interfaces, and is backward compatible with USB3.2 Gen2 10Gbps, Gen1 5Gbps and USB2.0 480Mbps.
The ZikeDrive is also backward compatible with USB3.2 Gen2 10Gbps, Gen1 5Gbps and USB2.0 480Mbps.
