The Informatization 100 Summit 2022 opened in Hangzhou on November 7. At the summit site, the Zhejiang Big Data Joint Computing Center released a new big data joint computing product – “digital fusion (change) reactor”.
The product of no disk computing, so that data calculations are carried out in memory, to ensure that the data calculation process on the chain of evidence, but the original data does not fall on the disk, fundamentally cracks the security concerns of data fusion, to further promote the safe and orderly flow of data value.
Zhejiang Province Big Data Joint Computing Center was approved for the establishment and is one of the core subjects of the “Nine One” project in China (Wenzhou) Digital Security Port, responsible for the construction and operation of the Big Data Joint Computing Platform, dedicated to promoting a more secure and compliant orderly flow of current data elements. The joint computing platform of big data enables multiple encrypted data to be fused and calculated in a neutral and secure environment with credibility, guarantees the separation of data control and usage rights, realizes “data available and uncrowded, data value flow but not data flow”, and can strongly promote the value of data elements. At present, the joint computing platform of big data has been widely used and fully verified in the fields of intelligent transportation, brand marketing, digital health, etc. It has been promoted in specific business scenarios such as multi-party joint portrait statistics and multi-party joint modeling placement and has become a safe base for public data opening and enterprise data circulation.

Li Haochuan, executive vice president and chief compliance officer of Zhejiang Big Data Joint Computing Center, who has worked in the nuclear power industry for many years, said that the reason for naming the new product “Digital Fusion Reactor” is inspired by the principle of nuclear fusion. “Nuclear fusion needs to occur at hundreds of millions of degrees, and there is no solid material on earth that can withstand this temperature. Later scientists made controlled fusion happen by inventing a tokamak device with a huge spiral magnetic field that confines the extremely high-temperature plasma in the air, ensuring that the particles do not fall to the ground. Just as the particles in nuclear fusion do not fall to the ground, let the data in digital fusion (change) not fall to the plate, completely avoiding the risk of data leakage and being retained, fully safeguarding the data security of all parties involved in computing, and allowing data fusion to release greater value.”
