According to reports, this lens uses an aviation aluminum alloy casing, the lens adopts a multi-layer coating process and uses aspherical lenses.
The lens uses a DSM stepping motor, the closest focusing distance is 35mm, and supports USB-C firmware upgrades. The lens is equipped with a control ring and a manual focus ring. Users can pre-assign common functions such as aperture, ISO, and exposure compensation to the control ring according to their needs, and turn the control ring to quickly adjust the corresponding parameters.
In terms of specifications, the YN35mm F2Z DF DSM lens adopts an optical structure design with 9 elements in 8 groups, and the lens adopts the latest nano-multi-layer coating process, which effectively improves the light transmittance and suppresses backlight ghost images and glare. An aspheric glass lens can effectively compensate for various aberrations; a low-dispersion glass lens can better suppress the dispersion problem caused by wide-angle.
