The Xiaopeng G6 was launched on May 22nd, positioning itself as a mid-sized coupe SUV with a direct rival to the Tesla Model Y.
The car provides two kinds of power, two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, and its comprehensive research and development costs are reduced by about half compared to previous architecture platform models, and the intelligent experience iteration cycle is shortened by 30%. According to previous news, the Xiaopeng G6 is expected to be listed and delivered in the middle of this year and is expected to be priced in the RMB 200,000-300,000 range.
The Xiaopeng G6 is the first model of the Fuso architecture, with 800V + silicon carbide platform support, very fast charging speed, and low energy consumption. The new car also comes with dual LIDAR, second-generation XNGP and ceiling-level intelligent voice, and even plenty of interior space.
The car is designed with the “technology flow aesthetics” design concept, and the overall appearance is rounded. The front LED strip is broken in the middle, and the headlights and the LIDAR below are designed as one.

In terms of dimensions, the Peng G6 has a length, width and height of 4753/1920/1650 mm and a wheelbase of 2890 mm, and also has a 60.8% wheel length ratio. It is worth mentioning that the car is also equipped with an adaptive lifting rear wing, which can automatically adjust the lifting height according to the speed of the car.
The interior of the G6 has a new design style, with the entire center console incorporating a “vector star ring” design, a full LCD instrument panel measuring 10.2 inches, and a center screen measuring 14.96 inches, equipped with Xmart OS 4.0 car system, and equipped with a full-scene four-voice voice function.
In terms of configuration, Xiaopeng G6 is equipped with windless intelligent air conditioning, a panoramic canopy, front seat heating/ventilation, a wireless charging panel for cell phones, and supports the “XOpera Xaopeng Concert Hall” function.
In terms of power, the G6 will be available in both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, with the two-wheel drive version having a maximum power of 218 kW and a peak torque of 440 Nm, and the four-wheel drive version has a combined power of 358 kW and a combined torque of 660 Nm. The car will be matched with 66 kWh lithium iron phosphate and 87.5 kWh ternary lithium two specifications of the battery pack, support 800V fast charging, but the range information was not announced.
