- Rescue without worry: If the vehicle is trapped in the city water or fails caused of the inability to drive, the official can provide 7 * 24 24-hour free roadside rescue service.
- Detection: If the vehicle is involved in water for a long time under extreme weather or the depth of water involved exceeds the wheel, the official will arrange a free inspection of the three electric systems and water-related parts.
- Worry-free maintenance: If the vehicle is damaged by extreme weather and needs to be reported to the insurance, the official will provide 1V1 specialized accompaniment to help quickly complete the insurance claims and repairs.
- Worry-free Warranty: The replacement parts of the vehicle affected by extreme weather will continue to be covered by the vehicle warranty while enjoying the parts warranty, whichever is the longer of the two warranty periods.
- Worry-free cleaning: If the vehicle needs to be repaired due to water immersion caused by extreme weather, the official government will provide free full-vehicle disinfection service after the repair is completed.
- Worry-free home charging: If the owner’s Xiaopeng charging pile is involved in water due to extreme weather, the official provides free door-to-door cable inspection and reinforcement, circuit safety testing and home charging pile cleaning services.
