XMG APEX 17 and 15 Gaming Laptop Announced with AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS Chip

Schenker’s gaming brand XMG released the latest APEX series laptops, which will be used as entry-level series, equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processors, support Nvidia GeForce 4050 and GeForce 4060 graphics cards, adopt IPS panel with FHD resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.

The APEX series also brings an improved chassis with enhanced composite cooling, a four-way fan design, and support for a DIY serviceable design with dual DDR5 and PCIe Gen 4×4 slots; supports two SO-DIMM slots , users get up to 64GB of DDR5-4800 memory, and there’s also plenty of storage via two M.2 SSD slots.

APEX 15 and 17 models feature a 144Hz, 300 nit FHD IPS matte panel covering 90% of the sRGB color gamut, featuring one USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and one USB-A 2.0 port, plus separate headphone and microphone jacks, and a full-size SD card reader; 1 HDMI 2.1 and 1 mini-DisplayPort 1.4a port with G-SYNC support on the back of the APEX M23 notebook, and a Gigabit Ethernet port jack; retail models will have a keyboard with a more standard ISO layout and a “normal” Enter key.

XMG APEX 17 /15 series laptops will start pre-order soon, starting from 16GB of memory; APEX 17 starts at 1299 euros (AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050, 16GB of memory, Samsung 500GB SSD and 144Hz FHD IPS display, and spend another 158 euros to upgrade RTX 4060), APEX 15 starts at 1399 euros (configured RTX 4060, opened in June RTX 4050 version).
