The latest top flagship phone of the Xiaomi digital series, Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be released this month, using the latest Leica Summicron lens.
The blogger @digitalchat said that “Xiaomi 13 Ultra has already started mass production”, and showed a picture of the suspected product packaging, which shows that Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be available in 12GB + 256GB black version.
In addition, despite the news that Xiaomi has made a “decision against the ancestors”, Xiaomi 13 Ultra does not use the USB 2.0 interface, but the USB 3.

According to previous reports, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship platform and is expected to come with a 6.7-inch Samsung AMOLED LTPO E6 display with QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
It is also expected to have four cameras on the back, including a 50MP main camera, which should be a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor, a 50MP ultra wide-angle lens and two 50MP telephoto lenses, and a 32MP camera on the front.
Other than that, the phone will offer 12/16GB RAM and 256/512GB storage, but probably not a 1TB version, run Android 13-based MIUI 14, and is expected to come with a 4900mAh battery with 90W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra has already passed the three certificates (radio transmitting equipment type approval certificate, telecom equipment network entry license, and China State Compulsory Product Certification), and is expected to start the warm-up activities soon.
