Xiaomi Kite, a frame rate testing application, launched for Android OS

We have been hearing a lot of buzz about Xiaomi releasing new smartphones and Internet of Things devices. The brand has recently revealed its fresh-new Xiaomi Kite. Just to be clear, it’s a piece of software designed for gamers, not a kite that we used to fly in the air. The programme is designed for enthusiasts so they may test the performance of their hardware.

Xiaomi Kite launched; what is it?

Xiaomi has unveiled its new Kite application in the Chinese markets, according to an official release. As a competitor to Tencent, Xiaomi has now released its own application that allows users to assess the performance of their gadgets. Tencent previously had a similar application. The tool was specifically created with performance and gaming aficionados in mind.

According to the firm, the new programme offers a professional-grade thermal optimization tool with precise data, yet requiring low performance and even using little electricity. The manufacturer claims that it is a straightforward plug-and-play test that uses very little power and may be run continuously in the background.

The Kite app now offers support for a wide range of popular Android smartphone devices. Additionally, it works with a variety of widely used CPU architectures and even different Android versions. Unfortunately, whilst a version for the other platform appears to be under development, there is still no support for iOS and iPhones. For the greatest testing outcomes, Kite enables the smartphone to run the game concurrently. It is currently limited to the Chinese market.
