Xiaomi Motors reported new developments beyond the appearance and interior. According to the Bluetooth Technology Alliance SIG database, Xiaomi Car (codenamed MS11) has passed SIG certification today, and more configuration information about this new car has surfaced.

Data shows that Xiaomi Auto has submitted several different models of IC4034-BD, IC4004-BD, IC4024-BD, IC4054-BD, IC4005-BD and IC4015-BD, and will provide a complete range of connectivity features, including Bluetooth 5.2, radio, USB media, and Apple CarPlay.
The data also further confirms that Xiaomi cars will use Qualcomm’s automotive chipset, which is expected to be Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295.
It is reported that based on previous exposures, Xiaomi cars are equipped with a 101kWh battery pack and support 800V high-voltage fast charging. Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing previously stated that Xiaomi Motors has made progress beyond expectations and maintained its mass production target for the first half of 2024.

Earlier this month, Jiemian News reported that Xiaomi Motors has entered the trial production stage and is conducting comprehensive testing on production line equipment, process connection, and worker proficiency. It is reported that Xiaomi Motors produces about 50 prototype cars per week, with very few workers at night. A person familiar with the matter said, “Xiaomi Motors has only received approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the past two months. It will be approved by the end of the year at the latest. Once the approval is received, Xiaomi Motors can immediately ramp up full-scale mass production of Xiaomi Motors.”
