Xiaomi may be planning to launch another smartphone in the same series soon, after launching the Xiaomi 13 series consisting of Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. “MySmartPrice reports that the Xiaomi 13 Lite is expected to be a renamed version of the Xiaomi Civi 2.
The device design render looks a lot like the Xiaomi Civi 2. The report states that the upcoming smartphone will be equipped with a 1080×2400 pixel resolution and a 440ppi display. The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip and up to 8GB of RAM, with Android 12 pre-installed.
The Xiaomi Civi 2 phone is equipped with a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz. There is a triple rear camera consisting of a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. It features dual front-facing cameras consisting of a 32MP main camera and a 32MP ultra-wide-angle camera for selfies and video calls.
Meanwhile, a report claims that Xiaomi plans to launch the Mi 13 series of phones globally at the upcoming MWC 2023, which will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from February 27 to March 2. Xiaomi may also release a new Mi 13 Ultra model, equipped with Leica imaging technology.
