Xiaomi 13 listed on 3C certification; reveals fast charging capabilities

Xiaomi has started working on its upcoming Xiaomi 13 lineup of smartphones. The device will land as the successor of the Xiaomi 12 series. Few renders and live images of the unreleased Xiaomi 13 Pro has been hovering around the internet for the last few days. Now, the vanilla Xiaomi 13 device has officially listed on the 3C certification revealing the device’s charging capabilities.

Xiaomi 13 smartphone listed on 3C certification

According to a new report shared by MySmartPrice, an upcoming Xiaomi smartphone with the model number 2211133C has been listed on the 3C certification website. The device is tipped to be none other than the upcoming Xiaomi 13 smartphone. The certification website does reveal that it will bring support for 67W fast wired charging.

Xiaomi 13

However, considering the latest trend on the market, we expected the device to come with at least 120W fast wired charging. Anyway, there could be an explainable reason behind why the brand had to go with 67W tech even if the 120W charging tech were available. It is worth mentioning that the Xiaomi 12 also comes with the same 67W charging technology.

According to rumours, the Xiaomi 13 will sport a 6.38-inch FHD+ display with a punch-hole cutout, most likely an AMOLED panel, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The phone is rumoured to enable 67W rapid charging and has a 50MP primary camera. The 6.73-inch QHD+ display on the Xiaomi 13 Pro will have a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It might be equipped with a 5000mAh battery, 120W wired fast charging, and 50W wireless charging, and run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC.
