It is worth mentioning that the previous exchange policy “ended” with the discontinuation of the Xiaomi 11. According to media reports, since September 15, 2022, Xiaomi 11 series models burn WiFi problems customer complaints will only support the repair of the motherboard service, no longer support the exchange of new machines and refund processing. Some Xiaomi customer service said that as the Xiaomi 11 has been discontinued, there is no way to provide replacement services anymore.
