For some Xiaomi 11 users concerned about the Wifi special problems after-sales service, Xiaomi China Service Department issued a service policy update announcement.

The announcement pointed out that the Xiaomi 11 series products have been discontinued due to the discontinuation of upstream components, and now the service policy for Xiaomi 11 series products has been updated.

The user holds the Xiaomi 11 series of products in the protection of the three packages based on the motherboard free repair or motherboard replacement services are extended to 36 months from the date of activation of the phone (i.e., the first time the new machine is turned on to access the communications network).

Xiaomi pointed out in the announcement, the above motherboard free repair or motherboard replacement services, excluding man-made damage (such as private disassembly in non-official outlets, or immersion in liquid soak, drop damage, etc.) and out-of-warranty non-motherboard quality issues.
