Wuling has independently developed advanced robot products including IMR mobile intelligent robots, unmanned forklifts, storage AGVs, industrial robots and collaborative robots, and has mastered core hardware and software technologies such as the underlying positioning algorithms, robot operating systems, controllers and 3D vision systems for self-researched robots. The application of self-researched intelligent robots is an important cornerstone for Wuling’s pure electric car manufacturing plant to realize “island” intelligent manufacturing.

As the most flexible automotive assembly plant in the industry, Wuling’s PurePower Smart Manufacturing Plant adopts the “assembly island” model for assembly production, with minimal assembly in the main line and 2C sub-assembly in the branch line, featuring “high flexibility”, “high efficiency” and “leaner” production. “, “leaner” and “more stable” characteristics of car manufacturing.
