On the evening of September 25, the much-anticipated Wuling Hongguang Mini EV Convertible Edition was officially launched, priced at 99,900 yuan. The Wuling Hongguang Mini EV Convertible is called “China’s first pure electric convertible”, with a semi-automatic opening and closing top structure, offering two driving modes: convertible and sealed top. The Wuling Hongguang Mini EV Convertible is available in three colors: sea sky blue, emerald green and modern black, and the top cloth is available in red/black.
Dimensions are 305915211614mm, wheelbase is 2010mm. rear-mounted rear-drive drive form, front MacPherson independent suspension, rear three-link semi-independent suspension, tire specifications 145/70 R12.
As for the powertrain, the Wuling Mini EV Convertible is equipped with a 30kW motor with a maximum torque of 110N-m and a top speed of 100km/h. It is equipped with a 26.5kWh lithium iron phosphate power pack with a range of 280km.
In terms of safety, the Wuling Mini EV Convertible offers main and passenger airbags, tire pressure alarm, main driver’s seat belt unfastened reminder, automatic locking, low-speed pedestrian warning, ABS anti-lock, and EBD brake-force distribution system.
The new model also features a fixed anti-roll bar behind the seats, which further enhances vehicle safety.
