With the first round of updates pushing out, many people are looking forward to uncovering more eggs in Windows 11 22H2. And in a tweet on Tuesday, Microsoft engineer Jen Gentleman shared an interesting tip. After installing the Windows 11 22H2 update, users will be able to use the CTRL + Shift + C key combination to copy the storage path of selected files.
The push of the eligible Windows 11 22H2 update is on track, despite the performance degradation of NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards and the possible blue screen of death of the Intel SST driver.
In addition to some UI changes as far as the eye can see, this round of OS updates also brings a few other tips that may be hard to spot.
If you need to organize your files in Windows 11 on a regular basis, you’ll be delighted with the return of File Explorer’s multi-tab feature, which allows multiple tabs to be cut off in a single window for more efficient use.

In an announcement last week, Microsoft wrote: “File Explorer has been enhanced to include the reintroduction of multiple tabs. It enables you to organize related sessions in File Explorer as you would in Microsoft Edge browser”.
"A new home page in File Explorer allows quick access to favourites and recent files - you can pin important files here to access them more easily and conveniently. With your Microsoft 365 account signed in, you can even see at a glance what your colleagues are doing with the files they share via OneDrive and Personalisation."
And with @JenMsft’s new suggestion, you can also easily copy the storage path of a given file using the CTRL + Shift + C key combination – and then paste it into a text document using the CTRL + V key combination.
