Microsoft has released the KB5025211 cumulative update for Win10 systems during its Patch Tuesday event day on April 11. According to user feedback, printers are failing after installing the update.

Win10 users have reported that after installing the KB5025211 update, the document scanning feature on the printer is not available on their devices, affecting several printers including Brother’s DCP-L2540DW.

Users have also reported that after installing the update, the device is unable to send print jobs to Brother’s HL-L3210CW printer, causing the printer to stop working.
In addition to the printer failure, some users have also reported that after installing the update, the default application settings menu opens every time Chrome is enabled.
