This year in April, Vivo launched the Vivo X Fold folding screen phone, priced from RMB 8999. Yesterday, Vivo officially announced that it will release the X Fold iteration on September 26th – the Vivo X Fold + folding screen phone. Today, Vivo has brought out the official preview of the phone.
Vivo officials say that the Vivo X Fold + folding screen phone will bring 3 upgrades, namely a more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, more powerful 80W dual battery flash charging and a 5000+ app compatible experience. As you can see from the images, the Vivo X Fold + will be compatible with apps such as Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Gaode Maps.
Vivo said that the Vivo X Fold+ folding screen phone will be available in a new “Huaxia Red” colorway, adding to the previous Clear Mountain Blue and Wutong Grey, making a total of three colorways.
Vivo executive Jia Jindong said the day before that the dual screens of the Vivo X Fold+ will support 120Hz refresh rate and built-in ultrasonic screen fingerprint recognition. In terms of battery life, the battery capacity of Vivo X Fold+ will be increased to 4730mAh, and in terms of charging, Vivo X Fold+ will support 80W wired fast charging + 50W wireless fast charging.
Digital blogger @digitalchat has revealed that the Vivo X Fold+ will feature a 2K+120Hz LTPO full height screen with a 50MP main camera + 48MP ultra wide-angle + 12MP 2x zoom portrait lens + 8MP periscope at the rear.
